ツアーのタイプは三種類で、最低催行人数は２名様です。
- 観光ツアーと夕食コース（５時間コース：午後４時から午後８時まで）お一人７０ドル
- 観光ツアーと昼食コース（４時間コース：午前１１時半から午後３時半まで）お一人６０ドル
- 観光ツアー（３時間コース：午前８時から午前１１時まで）お一人３５ドル
ダウンタウンの観光スポットをバスと徒歩でまわります。バスの乗り方から、観光のご案内まで、シアトルっ子の観光方法を伝授します。

北米ツアーガイド旅行契約 この旅行は、Seattle
Walker／Contact
Japan, Inc.｛以下「当社」といいます｝が企画・実施する旅行であり、この旅行に参加されるお客様は当社と北米ツアーガイド旅行契約（以下「旅行契約」という）を締結することになります。旅行条件は下記によります。

旅行のお申し込み及び契約成立時期 当社のウェブサイトからお申し込みください。申込金は旅行開始日の前日から１４日目にクレジットカードから決済させていただきます。旅行契約はこの時点で成立します。参加者全員のお名前、必要な場合は生年月日とパスポート番号、体重をお知らせいただきます。参加者が変わった場合は、その旨を前もってお知らせ下さい。

申込金 旅行代金が３０００ドル以上の場合、申込金５００ドル。旅行代金１５００ドル以上３０００ドル未満の場合、申込金３００ドル。旅行代金が１０００ドル以上１５００ドル以下の場合、申込金２００ドル。旅行代金が１０００ドル以下の場合は申込金は１００ドルとさせていただきます。

旅行代金のお支払い 旅行代金の支払いは旅行開始日の前日までにお支払い下さい。また、お客様がクレジットカードでお支払いいただく場合、お客様の署名なくして旅行代金、取消料、追加費用をお支払いいただきます。この場合のカード利用日はお客様の指示がない場合、ご利用前日とさせていただきます。

取消料 旅行契約成立後、お客様の都合で契約を解除される場合は次の金額を取り消し料として申し受けます。契約解除の日が、旅行開始日の前日から起算してさかのぼって１４日以上前は取消料は無料です。旅行開始日の前日から起算してさかのぼって１４日目に当たる日以降３日目にあたる日までは申込金。旅行開始日の前ゞ日から前日までは旅行代金の３０％。旅行開始日当日（旅行開始３時間前まで）は旅行代金の５０％。旅行開始日（旅行開始３時間前以降）及び無断解約は旅行代金の全額。

航空、船舶、鉄道、車両等、ツアーの行程に含まれる運賃・料金
ツアーに含まれる観光料金・ガイド料金・入場料
ツアーに含まれる宿泊の料金及び税サービス料
この項目の他は旅行代金に含まれません。

特別補償 当社は、当社または当社が手配を代行させた者の故意または過失のうむにかかわらず、当社の規定に基づき、お客様が募集型企画旅行参加中に急激かつ偶然な外来の事故により、その身体、生命または手荷物にこうむった損害一定の損害について、予め当社が定める金額の範囲において、保証金または見舞金を支払います。
